We think that therapeutic yoga is a very effective and universal instrument for exercises with your body. But this instrument is universal only when used individually for a single practitioner.

Therapeutic yogais built on the complex of physical and respiratory exercises which slowly and gradually influence the state of an organism and have steady effect extended through all the life. It is a whole system of classes, which should be followed diligently, first building a stable foundation which will afterwards become the base for a firm House called Health. This system doesn`t look as bright as difficult asanas at the classes of modern yoga groups do, and if you seek after outer forms, then most likely this yoga will seem dull to you. But if you are looking for something more important behind forms and understand the fact that each state or problem has its roots, then this kind of yoga is for you.
